South Tampa Neighborhood
The South Tampa area boasts historically honored neighborhoods and prestigious locations. Our properties are nestled throughout South Tampa and among the popular neighborhoods of Hyde Park, Soho District, Palma Ceia, and Bayshore Beautiful. Bayshore Boulevard lines these neighborhoods and connects each to Downtown Tampa. Bayshore Boulevard is framed on one side with stately homes while the other side offers a scenic waterfront sidewalk. The historic Bayshore Boulevard is honored in the Guinness Book of World records as the longest continuous sidewalk in North America- about four and a half miles. It’s frequently enjoyed by joggers, bicycle riders or those taking in the sunshine and calming views of the bay. Bayshore Boulevard is also the site for the annual Gasparilla Parade that’s associated with the widely celebrated Gasparilla Pirate Festival.

Hyde Park
As Tampa’s oldest existing neighborhood, the Historic Hyde Park District is a graceful incorporation of the past and present. The first homes in the neighborhood date back to 1882. Brick streets, turn-of-the-century architecture and an enclave of mature oaks characterize the neighborhood. Old Hyde Park Village is a successful integration of up-scale retail establishments, outdoor cafes, art galleries, and quaint restaurants. The neighborhood is bordered by the scenic Bayshore Boulevard.

Soho District
Stemming from “South Howard Avenue,” this entertainment district offers a large selection of high-end restaurants, nightlife venues, locally owned boutiques, dessert cafes, and coffee shops. One of only three Publix GreenWise Markets in the nation is located in this district, in addition to the world renowned Bern’s Steak House. In 2009, a small park with lighted fountain sculpture was dedicated to Bern Laxer, late founder of Bern’s Steakhouse, and is located at the southern part of the district near Bayshore Boulevard.

Palma Ceia
Palma Ceia is home to the appropriately named Palma Ceia Country Club and also located adjacent to the exclusive Golfview community. Aesthetically it is most known for its brick streets, similar to those found in Ybor City. The neighborhood is home to the Palma Ceia Design District, centered around the intersection of MacDill Avenue and Bay to Bay Boulevard. This district is home to many specialty boutiques and cafes, including some of the highest rated in the city. It is a half-mile walk from Bayshore Boulevard.

Bayshore Beautiful Neighborhood
Bordered by Bayshore Boulevard and MacDill Avenue, this quiet neighborhood is primarily populated with luxury homes yet there is a small district of cafes and shops along MacDill Avenue.
